Hideaway Litchfield consists of 2 secluded cabins in the bush surrounded by the beautiful Litchfield National Park, approx 1 1/2 hours from Darwin by road.

We provide fully air conditioned luxury accommodation, your morning wake up view is through massive glass windows into the surrounding trees and bush.
Our cabins were originally in the form of 40 foot containers, now beautifully redesigned to accommodate a queen size bed, a spacious ensuite and space for 2 kiddies if required. Kitchen and living space with ample sized decks make luxurious camping a must.

Cabin 1 is nestled into ground level, with families in mind. Whether you need to unwind in peace and quiet, connect with nature, or simply relax and enjoy the modern, unique vibes of shipping container living – this place is what you make it! This cabin is set on it’s own, with a short walk to Cabin 2 and the owners’ residence.​

Cabin 2 reaches into the tree canopy. The upper deck and bedroom with ensuite is accessible by an outdoor staircase. Be immersed in the rugged beauty of our Northern bushland, from the luxury and comfort of this two story (dressed up) shipping container. Open your eyes in the morning to a breathtaking escarpment of native bush. This makes the perfect space to come home to after exploring Litchfield’s waterfalls and attractions. This cabin is set on it’s own, with a short walk to Cabin 1 and the owners’ residence.​​

Solar power and back up generator fuel these eco friendly cabins, just minutes away from spectacular Wangi falls and other beautiful well known swimming destinations.

Local cafes are a short distance away providing lunches, beverages and morning T.
We provide breaky supplies and a few treats for you to enjoy including local fruit when in season.
